    The poly tire is 4" x 1  1/4" and overall with the frame its height is 5".  The swivel casters are made with 2 rows of bearings. "see second last picture".

    The baseplate is 2 9/16" x 3 5/8"
    BOLT HOLES ARE 5/16" and are 1 3/4" ON CENTER AND 2 15/16" ON CENTER.
    The 2 elongated holes are 5/16" x 7/16".
