My wife tried using a aluminum shovel to clear her windshield and scratched it pretty good. I could almost feel the scratch with a nail but not quite. Used this kit and it worked awesome! Took all of the scratches she had out. It took me less than 10 minutes with the kit and a corded still to do it. Highly recommend!
About 50% better - windshield wiper scuffs

During a bad storm my wiper blade came apart and I didn’t realize it. It left a pretty decent scuff mark across the driver side windshield view.I tried this product, and I worked on it for over an hour almost continuesly. It’s a much better but the scuff is still visible.I would definitely use it again. Good price and better than nothing!

I was an idiot one morning and used a soda can to try to scrape a few chunks of ice off of my windshield. Needless to say I created about 12 very noticeable scratch marks eye level on my drivers side windshield. Every time I drove my truck I was reminded about how stupid that was and it drove me nuts. Every article I read said that if your fingernail hits it then it won't come out... Well when I ran my finger over the scratches it would just barely catch, so I'm talking barely. But these scratches were white and very visible. I decided you know what I will try anything at this point so I got this product. I put some on the pad that comes with it and grabbed my drill. After 5 minutes the solution finally dried up and I began to wipe it off with a paper towel. What I (didn't) see next blew my mind. No more scratches. They are completely gone. 100% vanished. I couldn't believe that just after one application it has solved a problem that had been nagging at me for weeks. I've never wrote a review on here but knew I had to when this product worked wonders on my truck. Thank goodness!! (right as I put it on I told myself I should have done before and after...dangit)

I don't normally leave product reviews, but after using this product, I have to say I was very impressed. Attached is a before and after picture of scratches due to violently trying to scrape snow and ice off my wife's windshield. Knowing how many issues can present themselves due to replacing a windshield, I decided to give this product a shot. It worked exactly as directed and the outcome was fantastic. It was not 100% absolutely perfect, as there were 1 or 2 fine scratches that remained, but they are practically invisible.

I had a deep scratch from an old wiper blade on my windshield. I used a wired buffer and did not use a wired drill as recommended. After following the directions and about 4 hours the scratch was filled and I could no longer see the scratch from the exterior nor could I see it in the interior. I also didn’t know there was a deeper scratch remover kit. I would definitely recommend this as safe lite glass repair does not repair scratches and they will only fix cracks.

I used this to hopefully make my windshield a little bit better, which it did. However mine is covered with 20 years of pits and scratches that can't really be fixed or polished. But it did get rid of some of the surface flaws which has improved my visibility a little at night, so in my opinion its worth the money.

I scratched my wife's windsheild scraping ice off with a steel rafters square like a moron so I ordered this. I was definitely sceptical but I've polished and buffed paint before so I thought I would give it a try. Literally took less than 10 minutes and I'm out of the dog house now. It works so fast and the whole windsheild and drivers windows are now scratch free and the clearest on the vehicle. I would easily pay 3 times the price I paid based on how well and efficient it actually works. The pictures dont do enough justice, the scratches looked so much worse in person.
