    Description

    It measures 1 5/8" by 1 3/8". It is complete but the clasp is hard to lock closed. It has one picture inside and the other side is empty. Both sides are complete with frames and clear plastic "glass". The right side is marked "W & S Co. Sterling" in faint lettering. It has the Phi Sigma Kappa emblem on the front. The 24" chain was silver plated but is now mostly brass. Please see pics. I can combine shipping. Buyer pays shipping of 3.50 in the US.
